Canyon Casita manufactured by Lakeview Yachts is a traditional floor plan with a center hallway.  The boat has been completely upgraded with a new generator, engines, and outdrives.  It has been equipped with a UV sanitation water system.  The upper deck has a full kitchen and head equipped with Wherever cabinets, refrigerator, propane oven/stove, and full covered screening around the oversized fiberglass top.  The salon has 6 queen beds with an additional queen sofa sleeper.  The kitchen is equipped with 2 full-size refrigerators, a propane oven/stove, dishwasher, and trash compactor.   The flooring is ceramic tile throughout with the comfort of carpeting in the staterooms.

*Primary owners 1-10 may purchase shares 11-16 at a discount. These would then be classified as secondary shares.

*Outside owners may purchase 11-16 which would classify them as primary shares.

*Shareowners 11-16 are responsible for maintenance fees. If the share is a primary share the owner pays full maintenance.
If it is a secondary share the owner pays full maintenance fees if used.
