2010 16X75 8 OWNER “ULTRA LUXURY” LAKEVIEW YACHT

"CRIMSON SUNSET"

LAKETIME DARES YOU TO COMPARE OUR HOUSEBOAT FEATURES WITH OUR COMPETITORS. WHILE OUR BOATS HAVE SIMILAR AMENITIES AS OTHERS, NO OTHER HOUSEBOATS HAVE THE FEATURES LISTED BELOW, THAT WE FEEL MAKE OUR HOUSEBOATS THE BEST DESIGNED AT LAKE POWELL. WE ALSO FEEL YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT VISITING BOTH THE HOUSEBOAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT YOU ENTRUST WITH ITS CARE.

That is why we offer a FREE night’s stay in Page, AZ from November 1st to May 1st.

  •  WITH ONLY 8 OWNERS:  Using up to 9 days in the prime season we have scheduled a 2-3 day turnaround. This is to insure that you, the owners, have a truly “ultra Luxury Vacation”. We also have assigned 7 day trips that can be offered to odd or even year owners if you only come to the lake once a year. The financial arrangements are between the owners. Any owner can use off season weeks for a per day maintenance fee, “A long weekend over Thanksgiving may be just what the doctor ordered.”

  •  BEDROOMS: Most houseboats have 4 private staterooms, one of which is a cave; LAKETIME houseboats have 5 full head height staterooms, and one of the lower staterooms has 2 queen size beds for parents with small children. With a queen sleeper in the salon and 2 queen futons on the screened upper deck, you have 9 queen sized beds. With another 4 sleep mats that’s beds for 22.

  •  SALON AND DINING AREA: LAKETIME boats have the largest salons and kitchens. We feel that’s where you spend the most time, so you probably need the most room. With two large refrigerators and the 7 cu foot freezer on the front deck you will never want for ice and food storage. You can even order an extra 14 cu foot freezer for 20 more bags of ice on the upper deck. Are dining areas are made to seat the whole crew comfortably.

  •  SUN SCREENS AND FIBERGLASS HARD TOPS: If the houseboat you are looking at does not have a white solid fiberglass top covering 36 feet of the upper deck, then expect to replace it every 5-8 years. Also expect 10-20 degrees more heat under the canvas top, and forget about sleeping under a canvas top in a rain storm. While our sun screens on the front and upper deck can be easily pulled aside or rolled up, it sure is nice to have the welcome shade on hot summer days. With the screening on the front deck it can easily be used as another private sleeping area.

  •  FULL KITCHEN AND HALF BATH ON THE UPPER DECK: Imagine that, the gals don’t have to run downstairs to use the bathroom, “We know what the guys do”. With a 20 cu foot refrigerator and full size gas range and trash compacter, you can now do everything you did downstairs upstairs-“how cool is that”. With the 32” flat screen TV, satellite and XM radio, you’re no longer stuck downstairs watching “Nemo”. Check out the large full sized bar with 6 barstools and “Party ON”. Who would have thought, our upper deck has 2 queen sized futons, what a great place to lounge during the day and also get a great night’s sleep. Why don’t we use the great big expensive surround helm that other boats have? Our owners like our small fully equipped helm that allows for over 400 extra square feet of deck space!

  •  FUEL TANKS: There are 4 – 200 gallon gas tanks with a spare fuel nozzle that allow you to use up to 600 gallons for your gas-guzzling go fast boats and jet skis. We know you will jump for joy knowing you’re saving up to $1.00 or more per gallon for fuel you use on your trip. And imagine having enough fuel and waste tank capacity to never have to waste a day going to the marina to pump and fuel your houseboat.

  • 12,000 LB THERN WINCH ON THE UPPER DECK. Don’t tow PWCs or pull 2 of them up on your swim deck when you can easily lift up them to the upper deck and place them on the PWC carts and roll them out of the way-there’s room for 4 or more. Doing this chore the night before your launch makes your houseboat vacation safer and easier than ever before.

  • COMMUNICATIONS AND SATELLITE TRACKING: All of our houseboats are equipped with 50 watt Motorola repeater radios “So what!  you say.” The standard 25 watt VHF marine radios reach out about 5-10 miles if no rocks are in the way. You will understand why when you have a problem up lake 50 miles or more, and still have instant contact with our office in Page. Why we even listen to the radio at night if you need help “Popping the Popcorn”. Your boat is equipped with FOLLOW ME SPOT.  You just push the “I’M OK” button each morning and it lets us, and the poor friends you left behind know where you are by E-Mail on Google Earth Maps. In the past you may have thought you knew where you were, only now “We Can Find You the First Time You Push the “I NEED HELP” Button,” and you thought we installed it only for you!

  •  STAYING IN THE YARD THE NIGHT BEFORE LAUNCH: “Ah” you say, this may be the deal breaker when we can get a boat in the marina. “Hmmm did you come to Lake Powell to stay in a marina”? Do you want to pay $1.00 more per gallon for the marina gas?  800 gallons times $1.00-“Do the math”. Would you rather park your car 6 feet from your houseboat and load in minutes rather than hours shuttling things from the parking lot to the slip? What is the first thing you do after loading all your gear on the boat in the slip 6-10 miles from Page? “Yup” you drive back to Wal-Mart. Our yard is 1/4 mile from everything you need from fishing licenses to value priced restaurants. Check out the “Launch and Retrieve Clip” on our web site. Why we even transport your whole party to the lake for FREE, Try to get your management company to do that for you. Also no one launches houseboats at 6AM like we do; EARLY IN THE DAY means better beaches, more time for fun, no afternoon thundershowers to deal with. Imagine checking in and out of a hotel the day before your trip. You save not only the cost of hotel rooms, but you have the privilege of being woken up by our semi tractors being started around 6AM. We do try to make up for that with FREE hot coffee with the LAUNCH CREW. Very few get to watch the sun rise at Lake Powell like LAKETIME OWNERS do.

  •  PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED AND MAINTAINED: Everything your houseboat needs is right here in our yard-OH YEAH-it sounds better if we say “In our state of the art dry storage marine facility”. Our fully staffed office does all the paper work from trip confirmations to billing for maintenance fees and dealing with problem owners “yes there are a few”. We can guarantee that this is not a job that you as an owner want. We have spare engines, outdrives, generators and even coffee makers and toasters. “No you don’t have to take your trip with only one engine working,” we can fix it or install a new one. We have a fully equipped carpet steam cleaning truck that ensures that the carpets are as clean in September as they were in June-“try to get that in a marina”. We have 20,000 gallons of good fuel in the yard, Yup $1.00 less per gallon and a fuel truck to pump it into your houseboat. We even have “State of the Art” washers and dryers so your wives don’t have to bring linens and towels. And unlike others we even make the beds “towel art and all”. And when we clean your boat we even clean the grill, fridge and stove; why we even take more than 5 bags of trash off the boat for you. THAT’S WHY THEY CALL IT A VACATION!!!!!

  • THE MOST USER FRIENDLY HOUSEBOATS: You will notice that our boats do not have a 12 volt lighting system that requires two switches everywhere. We use only low wattage 110 volt lighting running through an Outback pure sine wave inverter system. Not only have we reduced the wattage required to run everything except the AC and PWC winch, but you only need to worry about half as many switches. We also label everything that you may have a question about. When it comes to anchoring your houseboat it does not get any easier. You will find that all lines have been pre attached and neatly coiled over the anchors on the front bow. Hit the beach remove the lines, bury the anchors and “You're good to go”.

  •  THE SAFEST HOUSEBOATS: All of our boats have only a 2” gap under the canvas rails, and we have added gates where possible.  Our boats have a center hallway. WHY YOU SAY? Simple, it allows the captain to communicate with those on the rear deck EX: “your wife on rear deck screaming not to back up for some reason” try that with a 8” black and white camera above the helm. The center hall design also allows all of your guests to use the two bathrooms during the day. The “Master” may give up a little privacy when the hall door is open, but it sure keeps the holding tanks evenly filled, avoiding the pump out trip to Dangling Rope. The “DRY STACK EXHAUST” is a system we developed in 1999 and you will find it installed on all our boats. Simply put: “Your house has a chimney, why shouldn’t your HOUSEboat”. Even our new boats with CO SAFE generators have a stack exhaust so that if the CO SAFE system were to fail, then the exhaust would still be vented above the rear deck where it quickly dissipates.

  • IF YOU STILL DON’T BELIEVE US: Then come visit our yard in beautiful Page AZ and we will even pay for a nights stay in one of our fine sleeping establishments. Good only November through May. Still doubt we're the best? Then we will give you a list of owners on our oldest houseboats over 10 years. And “And you could even call the ones you choose”!! Ask the other guys to do that. We dare you to compare our ten year old boats to theirs-“THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING”

“WE DO ALL THE WORK YOU HAVE ALL THE FUN”
