"When we sell you a share on a luxury houseboat, We manage and maintain your houseboat for you by our other company, Houseboat Management Services, Inc. We have our own state-of-the-art service facility with qualified mechanics and maintenance personnel to keep your houseboat looking good and running smoothly. We can also do welding, carpet-cleaning, and other services on site. Our boats receive a full mechanic's check after each trip. We
provide complete linen service which includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and for each person in your
party: a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. We have our own laundry facility on site. We
have five trucks and five houseboat trailers to launch and retrieve your houseboats. This means

We have shuttle bus service to the lake for you and your guests. Although you will want one vehicle at the lake in case of emergencies, the rest of your party will be brought to the lake in one of our buses, thereby saving you the problems of finding a parking space during the busy season. We allow our owners to board the boat after 7:00 PM on the night before their scheduled launch. You can stow your gear at your leisure during the cooler evening hours in a well-lit lot. You are then allowed to stay overnight on the boat, which is completely functional with water and electricity, and we will launch you beginning at daybreak the following morning. This not only saves you the cost of hotel rooms, but also gives you a full day on the lake on your first day. If you bring your own PWC's, you can load them onto the top deck of the houseboat the night before as well. We provide two PWC carts on the upper deck. You save costly slip fees. No more will you be paying $1000.00 or more a month in slip rent at the marina. Dry docking is only $400.00 per month, with electric and water hookups.
We will also launch one powerboat for you, using our shuttle buses. Your trailer is then brought back to our yard, again saving you the aggravation of trying to find a parking space for a vehicle with a trailer, as well as saving you that long walk up and down the launch ramp. Insurance costs less
when the boats are kept in dry dock. Also a six month season, from May through October, keeps insurance costs down. Substantial fuel savings. No more paying $4plus per gallon for fuel at the marina. Our boats are re-fueled by our own fuel truck at our dry dock facility, where fuel is typically $1.00 less per gallon. So for the finest houseboats with
