Laketime
has developed a new program in shared ownership houseboats on Lake Powell. Our boats are larger, more luxurious, and
have fewer owners on each boat. Less owners means less wear and tear, so your boat will stay nicer longer, definitely
nicer than rental houseboats.
These
are luxury programs, which allow you to enjoy the lake with the least amount of work on your part. Linen
service is provided (towels and sheets), also environmentally-friendly soaps (dish and shower), toilet paper, dishes, pots,
pans, games etc. Four sleeping mats are also provided for sleeping on the top deck, though you may want to bring sleeping
bags and a few beach towels, as they are not provided.
Each Owner has use of the boat for a specified period
in the prime summer season. Your time period is the same each year for the life of the boat (typically 20 years
or more). You are provided with a list of fellow owners in case you ever need to exchange weeks.
