We have
changed our program from 16' X 65' to 16' X 75' houseboats with 18 owners. These boats have 6 bedrooms,
2 baths, and 2 refrigerators. Each owner can purchase a designated week during prime time. Off-season weeks can
be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and incur an additional maintenance and turn-around fee.
