Ability to purchase half shares. Some have expressed
the desire to vacation every other year at Lake Powell at a lower cost without having to find a co-owner for their
houseboat share. We offer Odd year/ Even year ownerships on all our 2009 and newer houseboats. Ability to offer unused time to fellow owners to help defray costs. While owners
will never be able to rent their time outside the group, owners will now have 8 to 18 co-owners that may want to use their
time in an off year. Owners will be able to list unused available time on owner’s page. Ability to use extra time in an off year. We have found that most
owners use only 1 week each year. Therefore their unused time could be made available to off-year owners. Financial requirements
will be between the owners. Ability
to customize time. For example, you could purchase two back to back half shares in an odd or even
year for 14-21 days in a row. Ability to own weeks on a number of different boats at different time periods.
For example, own 1 week on a 7-day family series in June, and a 9-day ultra series in September every other year.
Bring the kids in June and do an adult trip in September.
